 All of our Creatures are handmade to order. Our turnaround times are generally 4-12 weeks and sometimes longer. If you need an order to arrive by a certain date, make sure to check if we can get it done in time before you order. We do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible, but due to the nature of our production process, and increased demand, sometimes there just isn’t enough time.

 For custom orders and special requests, turn around times can extend upwards of 12 weeks. All custom orders and special requests need to be arranged prior to ordering.

 Because we have to work orders into our production schedule, orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours after an order is placed. After the 24 hr period, orders can be cancelled for a fee depending on how far along the production is.

 Once orders are in the shipping stage, they cannot be cancelled.

 Once your order is completed with PayPal, your order status switches from Pending Payment to Processing. At that point, we schedule your Creatures into the production schedule. As soon as your items begin production, your order status will switch to In Production where it will stay until all items in your order are completely finished.

 Once all items have finished production, your order status will switch to Waiting Shipment and Shipping Now mean it is in line waiting to begin the inspection, packing, and shipping process.

 Once your order has shipped, the status will switch to Complete and tracking information will be added to your order.

 Once an order is fulfilled, they may be exchanged or returned to us, in their original brand new condition. Returns are only issued as store credit minus restocking fee.* Custom orders and special requests are not returnable unless authorized by us.

ALL returns and exchanges must be pre-approved by CoD prior to the order being returned to us.

ALL returns and exchanges must be arranged within 1 week of delivery.

 Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are paid by the customer.

*Restocking fee only applies to returns- not exchanges.

 We try to make sure that all orders are perfect when they ship. In the event that an order arrives with a manufacturing flaw (a mistake made by us), the item may be returned to us immediately after receiving authorization from us. PLEASE, photograph, document the issue, and contact us as ASAP.

 If an order arrives damaged or is lost due to carrier fault please let us know, but contact the carrier for reimbursement.

 We are not responsible for carrier loss, Acts of God, fire, flood, etc.

 Due to the extremely fragile nature of terra cotta pots, we don’t guarantee their safe arrival. They are inexpensive, and we include them at no extra cost with the purchase of a Creature plant. In the event that one arrives broken, contact us and we will let you know what size pot you need to purchase.

 We ship almost all orders UPS Ground or USPS Priority. Occasionally we will ship. If you would like to arrange expedited shipping, or a different shipping option, contact us prior to ordering to make arrangements.

 If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, USVI or any other US territory, please contact us before placing your order. We need to find the best option for shipping with the lowest cost.

 International customers contact us prior to ordering as well. Due to the size of some of our Creatures, shipping charges can be extremely high. Please contact us so that we can find the best and most affordable option for you.

 All orders ship from Nassau County, Long Island, New York. Check the carrier listed for your order to find travel times to your location.
